MFT Pure Innocence

12 Tags Christmas 2014 - November

Hello all -

Back today with another Christmas Tag.  This time I decided to do a coloring experiment - one each colored with watercolor, colored pencil and copics.

Elf tag 1 11.28.14

I stamped the My Favorite Things Elf Girl Stamp set three times - two on Neenah Solar White 80lb cardstock and one on watercolor paper.

The first tag is colored with Prismacolor pencils - I just did dry color blending.

Elf tag 3 11.28.14

On the next one, I used copics...

Elf tag 4 11.28.14

The third tag is watercolored using distress inks.

Elf tag 2 11.28.14

All the tag were finished off with a some Tea Dye Distress Ink blendd around the edges.

Which one do you like best?  Usually I prefer the bolder look of the copic marker coloring, but for this project, I think the watercolor is my favorite.

Thanks for visiting today and happy inklings!

Hello all!  Today's project is my daughter's birthday card - she turned 12 on Saturday!

Used my new Tom Holtz Diffuser for the first time - it was fun!  I used a little bit of Distress Ink to bring out the embossing on the white panel.
